How To Reset Google Apps User’s Sign-in Credentials

For Google Apps admins, checking the last column to the left of the “Organization & users” tab within the administrative control panel reveals to them the exact time a user logged in last.

But with the cached sign in capabilities in modern browsers, the basic statistics that Google Apps have for its admins can be misleading as a user can appear to be signed in for days. This will then make it more difficult for administrators to check if users are actually using Google Apps at any given time.

To resolve this issue, admins can deploy a forced sign out, and this is how you do it.

Inside the “Organization & users” tab go and click on the target user your want to sign out.

After clicking, you will then be taken into the user’s account information. From there go to password reset section and reset its sign in cookies.
