Do you want the ability of scheduling 30 minute meetings on your Google Calendar rather than the standard meeting length of 1 hour?
If you answered yes, then let me reveal to you how to do it.
Go click on the gear icon of the upper right side of your Google Calendar to enter its settings menu.
Doing so will reveal a drop down box right at the center of your “General” tab in settings. The options you can choose from are 15, 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes.
Another setting worth mentioning is the “Speedy meetings”. This option can be found right under the default calendar tin settings. This nifty option makes meetings more efficient as it blocks off time in sections, giving you time to prepare for the next one. This option is a must for those who have set consecutive events.
Take a look at what happens when the “Speedy meetings” setting is activated.
Technically, activating it spares you a few minutes for any event in your calendar that is longer than a 15 minute block.
Those few minutes is just enough time for you to prepare for the next meeting on your schedule.
